Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • you need 2 or more eggs for making oats and egg omelette.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: vegetables (onions, tomatoes), cheese.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oats:
  • Soak the oats according to the package instructions. This usually involves hot water in the oats until they are soft and cooked through.
  1. Beat the Eggs:
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Combine Oats and Eggs:
  • Once the oats are soaked Then, mix the beaten eggs into the cooked oats, stirring well to combine.
  1. Cook the Omelette:
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. You can add a little oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the oat and egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
