What is Intermittent fasting??

Basically Intermittent fasting force to eat less calories in day if you will eat less calories and burn more then your weight lose easily.

Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and fasting. Unlike traditional diets that focus on what to eat, intermittent fasting is more about when to eat. The primary goal is to create windows of time where you consume food and periods where you abstain from eating.

  1. 16/8 Method: This involves daily fasting for 16 hours and restricting your daily eating to an 8-hour window. For example, In Intermittent fasting, you might eat between noon and 8 p.m. and fast from 8 p.m. to noon the next day.
  2. 5:2 Diet: In this method, you eat normally for five days of the week and restrict your calorie intake to around 500-600 calories on two non-consecutive days.You can eat best meal in a day.
  3. Eat-Stop-Eat: This involves fasting for a full 24 hours once or twice a week. For example, you might eat dinner at 7 p.m. and then not eat again until 7 p.m. the next day.
  4. Alternate-Day Fasting: As the name suggests, Intermittent fasting method involves alternating between days of regular eating and days of fasting or consuming very few calories.
  5. Warrior Diet: Intermittent fasting method involves eating small amounts of raw fruits and vegetables during the day and having one large meal at night within a 4-hour eating window.

Intermittent fasting doesn’t prescribe specific foods to eat or avoid, but it’s important to focus on nutritious, whole foods when breaking the fast. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial during fasting periods.

Before starting intermittent fasting, mainly if you have health conditions or concerns, it’s recommended to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian to ensure that it is a safe and suitable approach for you.
