How much sleep required for bodybuilders.(जिम करने वालो को कितना सोना चाहिए)??

Good sleep is crucial for anyone, including bodybuilders, as it plays a very important  role in recovery, muscle growth, and overall health. The amount of sleep needed can depend from person to person, but generally, adults are recommended to aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.

Here are some reasons why sleep is important for bodybuilders:

  1. Muscle Recovery: During sleep, the body releases growth hormone, which is essential required for muscle repair and growth. Proper sleep allows the muscles to recover from the stress and damage caused by intense workouts.
  2. Hormone Regulation: Sleep very helpfull regulate hormones, including cortisol (a stress hormone) and testosterone (essential for muscle growth). Lack of sleep can disrupt hormone balance, potentially hindering muscle-building efforts.
