Common mistake everyone doing that beginners take heavy weight and destroy posture .

if your posture wrong then you will got easily injured . In this video i am educating you that never do common mistakes so please watch the video for better understanding.

i Suggest for beginners that please don’t take unnecessary weight in the gym . you can take weight according to you and perform well .

Common Mistakes:

  • please don’t fold your back
  • don’t do very fast movement for any exercises
  • teke only 30-60 sec rest in betweeen set.
  • Only 4-5 exercises enough for beginners
  • Don’t put heavy weight until you posture is good.
