As per the workout plan of shoulder . In this exercise you can make your shoulder strong and broad.

commonly everyone do main exercise of shoulder like dumbbell press, barbell press , dumbbell fly and etc.

the main point is that when we perform shoulder workout so we need to add deltoid exercises also .

Shoulder Exercises:

  • Barbell Press
  • Dumbbell press
  • dumbbell front raise
  • dumbbell side raise
  • dumbbell shrugs

Deltoid Exercises:

  • Face pull
  • dumbbell pull
  • single arm cable extension
