In Oats and egg omelette you will get nutrition values like protein, carbs, fat, fibre.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 cup old-fashioned oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you need 2 or more eggs for making oats and egg omelette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional toppings: vegetables (onions, tomatoes), cheese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the Oats:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Soak the oats according to the package instructions.
